Below are some of the milestones in our history 2000 - Sanshawn commenced operation as a privately owned freight forwarding company in the name of Sanshawn Shipping Services. 2005 - Opened Air and Sea freight forwarding & LCL ocean freight consolidation office at Tirupur, Coimbatore district India. 2005 - Sanshawn Container Fleet (Transports ) established 2007 - Opened our liaison office in Chennai to handle Import & Export Sea & Air 2007 - Opened Sanshawn office in Vizag for Bulk, Break BulK Vessel and centralized Sea Export & Imports 2007 - Opened Sanshawn office in Coimbatore for air and ocean handling respectively. 2008 - Incorporated and name changed to Sanshawn Freight Systems(India) Private Ltd., and with two board directors Mr. Ronald Stephen and Mr. Rocklind Stephen 2008 - Opened our office in Cochin for handling Sea and Air shipments. 2008 - Registered office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 2008 - Licensed Ocean Freight Forwarder by the Federal maritime Commission (FMC) Joins Network with UCLG Sanshawn transitioned in to MTO (Multimodal transport Operator) expanding further business by offering logistics service such as consolidation of LCL(less-than-container load) and FCL (full container load) cargoes for exporters and importers Sanshawn becomes FFFAI member Sanshawn becomes FIATA member Sanshawn FMC registration
